Making A Purchase

We accept all major credit cards with the exception of americn express.We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
Postage and Packing Postage and Packing is a maximum of £4.99.(UK MAINLAND ONLY -- OVERSEAS WILL BE BE CHARGED AT COST) Smaller single items will be charged at 3-99
Items are dispached as soon as possible and we aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 days. If this is not possible we will contact you.

 

Most items are despatched by courier and will require signing for on delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to take delivery. If you want the parcel to be left in a safe place,delivered to your workplace or left with a neighbour or friend you must inform us prior to despatch. A telephone contact number is also very helpful for both the courier and ourselves We can give estimated delivery days.

If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct.We will always assist where possible. After two failed delivery attempts additional costs are involved which will be charged to the buyer.(presently £15-00)

If the delivery is refused for any reason then you will be liable both for the original delivery and the subsequent return costs.(£15-00)

If we have had an item returned due to non communication on your part, incorrect /incomplete address you will be responsible for both the original delivery and the subsequent return costs.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included for all items which are not zero rated.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy RETURNS POLICY
If you're not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please return them in new condition within 14 days of receipt and we will either exchange them or refund you.

Make sure they are:

  • Unsoiled
  • Undamaged
  • Unused
  • Have not been personalised or customised in any way

To enable the returns procedure to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible could you please:
Include a covering letter with all contact details and any order reference numbers .
Re-package the goods, preferably in the packaging materials originally used.
Please note that when returning parcels you must pay for the return postage at your Post Office Counter, ensuring you recieve a receipt for the postage paid, along with a certificate of posting. We recommend for larger parcels you use parcel force as the returns can be traced.Please make a note of the consignment number and quote in any e mails.

For exchanges please remember to forward payment for postage of £4.95

Note: In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of a purchased product or that it should become damaged, we recommend that you cease use immediately and return the item for our inspection, following the procedure above. Please note that damaged and soiled items will be subject to inspection before a refund can be authorised. Cheque refunds will be made in the name of the original customer. If goods were originally paid for by Credit/Debit Card a refund will be made directly to the card account of the person who originally paid for the goods.
